John\u00a0<span class=\"il\">Moore<\/span> was a biophysicist and pioneer in the field of computational neuroscience. The digital textbook <i>Neurons in Action<\/i>, co-authored with his wife Ann Stuart after his retirement, is widely used nationally and internationally. John and Ann have long been supporters of undergraduate research in the Grass lab and at the MBL.
